Transcription of the legendary solo that Philly Joe Jones played over "Salt Peanuts" in the album "Steamin' with the Miles Davis Quintet", recorded in 1956, released in 1961. This is a very long solo, more than 3 minutes long, and extremely interesting in term of vocabulary, and to study the style of Philly Joe Jones. Definitely a legendary drum solo!
